A well-known, busy, multi-specialty medical practice is looking for an experienced Personal Injury Case Manager. Applicants must have at least 1 year of experience in Personal Injury.
An ambitious candidate will have experience working with Client charts and taking cases through closing of the case. The candidate must be self-assured and have prior experience working alone, as well as be very detailed. We are looking for applicants with the following skills…
·_ Strong organizational skills_
·_ Self- motivated, resourceful and a quick learner_
·_ Reliable and punctual_
·_ Have a good understanding of personal injury protection, and health insurance_
·_ Monitor deadlines_
·_ Request insurance limits and the ability to compile medical bill summaries_
·_ Communicate well with attorney and paralegal_
·_ Speak fluent English, Spanish is a plus but not required_
·_ Have excellent written and verbal communication skills – customer service high priority_
·_ Enjoy speaking with and helping patients with their concerns_
·_ Be professional dealing with confidential and sensitive issues_
·_ Maintain and organize digital files of clients_
·_ Work quickly and efficiently_
·_ Experience in Word, Excel, and Outlook_
